The following terms & conditions are an agreement between G & S Corry, herein described as the ‘tour operator” and the person/s booking the tour, herein described as the “client”

Reservations & Guiding Fees
All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars & include GST
A 10% deposit is required at time of booking to secure your position on a fishing tour.
Full payments of fees are required 60 days prior to the scheduled start of your fishing trip.
Full payment not received by the due date may incur a cancellation of the reservation and the tour operator will reserve the right to assess the booking as cancelled.
Until full fee is received fees are subject to change without notice.
Should client numbers fall below the minimum required, the trip will be subject to re calculation of fee or cancellation.

Cancellation Policy
The following fees will apply to a cancellation of a booking -
60 days or more prior to departure, deposit forfeited.
30 to 59 days prior to departure, 25% of full fee forfeited.
7 to 29 days prior to departure or a no show, full fee forfeited. Clients who are unable to participate in their booked trip due to accident, illness, or an extenuating personal or family situation are advised that Travel Insurance may cover them for loss of deposit & fees. In the event that we are able to secure a new booking for the cancelled trip, then your deposit and any part payment will be credited to a fishing trip for the following season.

Exclusions
Fees do not include charges or costs for laundry, alcohol, optional tours, supply of items of a personal nature, loss or damage of personal equipment including fishing rods, reels, lures, cameras & clothing etc. Clients are strongly advised to take out accident & travel insurance, and should seek advice from an authorized travel agent.

Client Participation
Please discuss the fishing options and tour packages prior to booking.
Clients are responsible for selecting a fishing tour appropriate to their health, physical abilities & interests. Should clients have any medical condition, special dietary needs or requirements that may affect their ability to partake in the tour or any concerns about their ability to complete the tour, then it is their responsibility to fully disclose any details to the tour operator prior to booking. The tour operator reserves the right to decline a booking or to retain a person as a tour member for any reason, which may or has affected the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of the other tour members.

Inclusions
Transfers to and from Darwin airport or your hotel in NT Government Tourist Certified vehicle.
Rods, reels, lures and bait *

Extended Tours
Breakfast, lunch & dinner
Overnight accommodation in comfortable air-conditioned lodges or resorts. #

Mother Ship Safaris
* Rods, reels & lures on a replace if lost or damaged basis.
# Based on twin or multiple share, please enquire re single room rates.
All guides are accredited, insured & hold a senior first aid certificate.

Win a Tour
All inquiries made before the 31st March 2008 go into a random draw for one person to receive a free tour when travelling with at least two other full fee paying persons. In the event that the tour has already been paid for a refund for the one persons tour will be issued. The tour must be conducted during the 2008 Season. In the event the tour is cancelled by the client the tour package will be forfeited. Notification of the winner of the tour will be place on this website on the 30th April 2008.
