There is a myth, especially in the South, that Barra don't bite in the Dry Season. Nothing is further from the truth, even on some of the coldest days we have caught up to 50 Barra. Cold for us, is balmy and bearable for you!
On any day, you have a choice of blue water or Barra fishing.You can even fish for Barra, Mackerel, Jewfish, Queenie, Trevally and Snapper in the one day! But be prepared for a thrashing, it can get to the point where your arms are heavy, your stomach is pulverised and your legs cramp because the fishing is epic.
